Help Text on Risk Event Record

Hello, 

I am having trouble getting help text to show up on the risk event workspace record when I migrated update sets from a Dev to a Test environment. In the Dev environment the help text is stored on the Hint field in the Field Labels and shows up as tooltips in the Workspace without any configuration needed. In the Test environment, the help text was transferred over via update sets and it is stored in the same Hint field in the Field Labels but the tooltips do not show up in the workspace. Why is this the case? What can I do to get these to show up?

I have also been exploring Field decorators for these fields however, the field decorators do not show up on reference fields or checkboxes. Is there a certain way I can configure them to show up on these fields? Or are there other ways I should explore to get this help text to show up?

Please enable this - again its only for you!

if you need to enable for everyone(Users don't set this preference yet), set this user preference to true (as always - please test before it goes to prod )
