How are the 'Choose a preferred client' configured in the Start teams message in SOW

I need to know how are the 'Choose a preferred client' options configured in the Start teams message in SOW.

Currently the field 'Choose a preferred client' in the model in SOW has two options ' Old desktop applications' and 'Web client' I want to remove the 'Old desktop application' option from the model in SOW.

Any leads on this is highly appreciated.

Hello!  I am also looking for how to solve this issue and I managed to find a UI Page that is clearly related:  "launch_ms_teams_chat"

However, I am not skilled enough to figure out how, or if, I should modify this page.  It seems like there ought to be a property that would allow us to modify the default value - but I have been unable to find it thus far.
