how can I set the default currency to EURO in ServiceNow?

Hi @itspezi1,

 

Whilst this is easily achieved (as shown below), a word of caution or something to consider if this is a new instance implementation (which is the perfect time to set the default currency) or if the instance has been running for a period with pricing already associated to catalog items or other tables. If that's the case you will need to take this into consideration. (Existing data)

 

To change the default currency, simply type 'system localization' into the Navigation menu as shown below and change the currency field to 'EUR' (typically defaulted to 'USD').

Hi @Robbie please could provide your advise/recommendation if I were to change the currency, let’s say single currency dollars to pounds, when the instance has been running for a period with previous pricing already associated? Please let me know
