Hi @adityaj828 ,
The Agent Workspace that you are showing in your second screenshot has been phased out and support ended in March 2024.
We recommend existing customers migrate from the Classic UI and/or Agent Workspace experience to the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) to take advantage of the latest capabilities and align themselves to benefit from ServiceNow’s future investments.
See FAQ for Service Operations Workspace
When you configure UI actions on the KB table, you will be able to see them in the new Service Operations Workspace.
To make your UI Action "Pubish article" visible on the SOW:
1) Go to your UI action, scroll down to the bottom
2) Check the option " "
3) and to the right check the option ""
If you want to change how and where the UI Action appears, you need to configure the UX Form Actions Layout "
Knowledge Actions" ( https://YOUR_INSTANCE.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_ux_form_action_layout.do%...
