We've been asked by our implementer to provide POP information to have monitoring on two of our company's mailboxes. We run O365, so POP is not supported. How can this be configured using O365/Modern Auth?

I assume you are talking about getting inbound email from an O365 mailbox. This doc will help. ServiceNow supports three protocols for inbound email: POP3, IMAP or SMTP. Authentication is supported via Password, OAUTH or OAUTH2. It is VERY common to use O365 mail boxes.
This is the corresponding Microsoft support page for configuring POP, IMAP or SMTP depending on which of the three you want to use.

Hi Jeff,
I understand this solution; but it presents security and retention policy challenges. We may adopt this workflow eventually; but for now at least, we'll be forwarding email to our ServiceNow account for processing. Thanks for your response though; it was helpful in understanding how ServiceNow approaches Modern Auth.
