How hide price on catalog item for service portal

On Catalog policies you can configure "List of class names for catalog items that do not show the price in listings", but these properties are not taken account by the Service Portal.

Hi,

Go to left navigation and Check Cart Layout in which you will get option to hide price. IF you want to do it for specific catalog item then do it on catalog item No Price Checkbox to be false.

How to disable price for all the catalog items using a single rule or policy. Is it achievable?

Using the instance option in service portal. You will be able to configure which columns you would like displayed under the "order status" page.

Using CONTROL + Right Click you will be able to access this context menu where you can find "Instance Option"
