  1. Sign in to the ServiceNow® Developer Site.
  2. On the home page, go to the Instance Management widget and select Manage > Activate plugin.

The Instance Management widget is titled Your Instance. It contains information such as the status, URL, and release version of your PDI.

Selecting to activate a plugin in the Instance Management widget
  3. On the window, locate the plugin to activate > Type Discovery in the search bar top-right in the below screenshot
  4. Next to the plugin listing, select Activate.

If available, you can further select to activate the plugin only or include demo data.

Activating a plugin from the window titled "Your instance actions"

Hi your answer is in the below thread. You need to go developer website and request there

Hello,
I couldn't find any new articles on this topic, so please excuse me for writing in this one.
What's the difference of activating the plugins this way through the developer instance instead of using the  plugins page?
Thanks in advance!

Activating plugins directly on the ServiceNow instance allows immediate access and changes, being specific to that instance. Through the developer site, activation is more centralized and can include additional controls for version and compatibility, but you may experience delays in activation. Both methods have advantages depending on specific management and configuration needs.
