How to activate discovery plugin in Service Now

I'm unable to locate the discovery plugin in my new dev instance. How to activate/install it?

You can activate the Discovery plugin through the Developer site.

Hi, Manage > Activate plugin > Discovery > Activate fails for me on developer.servicenow.com. I've got a Paris PDI and have received this email three times after three attempts.
