I have added an activity formatter to the "sys_popup" view as described in the "Reference field icon" doc. However, the formatter does not appear in the layout when I click the reference icon. I can see other fields I've added to the sys_popup layout. Only the formatter does not appear. Can anyone explain why this happens and how to add the Activities formatter to the sys_popup layout?

The Activity formatter is not supported in sys_popup view.
