In the application navigator you can go to Service Portal > Portals. Find your portal and within that record you can change the default pages for the portal. 

If that doesn't answer your question maybe just change the url path of the links to go to different pages or no pages at all.

My doubt is in content management system go to sites, open any site in related list we can see the pages related list. From there we can add or delete the pages from the CMS sites. But in service portal there was not mentioned what are the total available pages in a particular portal. Then how remove pages from portal.

Ah I see what you're saying. To answer your question, all pages are available to all portals. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that pages might have styles that depend on the portals theme. I'd recommend going through the service portal training modules on the dev site to learn more.
