How to assign custom assignment group when the 3rd work order created ticket????????

Hi All,

 

My requirement is 30% of total volume of Work order tasks should be routed to custom group ?

 

currently for all the work order tasks based on some conditions assignment rules are triggering. Now i need to assign every third ticket to one custom group ?

 

So every third work order task should assign to custom group?
