How to assign or change my role from admin to maint

Can anyone tell me how to change my role from `admin` to `maint`

Hi @RanaT 

You are not authorized to assign or use the maintenance role. It is a special privilege reserved solely for SN and is not granted to clients.

Glide.maint accounts are used by ServiceNow, just at they have the "maint" role.
