how to change previously changed time

How can the time on a Catalog Task be changed if it was previously entered incorrectly?

depends on the field...which field are you referring to?

Hello, I apologize for just now responding. We track time in an Incident and also in a Catalog Task, both field names are Time worked.

If you are using the OOB Time Worked table, you need to have write access to the task_time_worked table. Try navigating to task_time_worked.list and filter by the incident/task number.
If you are using the OOB field "Time Worked" on a task table, you just need to have write access to that field on the table for that record (incident?).
