I would like to check and prove that the Password Policy in my system is set to High.
If I go to:
Instance Security Center
Hardening
Medium
Session Management
Enable Password Reset Policy Checks
This setting is Compliant, but the radio buttons are both empty.
The sys_properties, glide.enable.password_policy = true
How can I prove my Password Policy is set to High?

Hi,
ServiceNow docs mention below :
- Navigate to Password Policy > Password Policies.
- Click the available password strength preset that is initially set as Default.
The password strength preset is the password policy that you apply to your instance. You can leave default as your instance password policy or you can select other options as described in the next step.
- To customize your password policy, choose the password strength preset that applies to your organization:
Option Description Default Default password policy that is applied to your instance. Medium Password policy preset that minimizes the minimum character options to apply to your password policy criteria. High Password policy preset that increases some of the minimum character options to apply your password policy criteria. Custom Password policy preset that enables you to edit all of your password policy criteria. - On the form, fill in the fields.
