How do I create a new asset substate. The available "substates" under the "state" retired does not have option that we would like to use in our company. If this is possible what role would I require to carry this out. Thanks

Thank you for the quick reply. What I was after was to create more substates in addition to the ones that are already there. Thanks

This is something that a System Admin performs.
- Select the State for which you want to add a Substate,e.g In stock.
- Right-click the label for Substate and Personalize Choices.
- Notice only the Substates for In stock display. Add your new Substate. It will only be available as an option when In stock is selected.
