How to create interaction between two interactive filters in Dashboard

Hello Community,

How can I create interaction between two interactive filters in dashboard. 

Example : I have 2 interactive filters in a dashboard - Portfolio & Programs.

So when I select a portfolio and then when I go to Programs it should show only programs under the selected portfolio and should not show all the programs in system.

Can anyone help me here?
