Hi Vishal,

I don't know on which condition you want to trigger, stop, pause the SLA. i have provided   sample Start ,Stop and pause conditions for SLA so that you can get more idea . you need to read Defining an SLA - ServiceNow Wiki

Pause Condition is optional.. but you can set according to your requirement. When you want to Trigger sla(OLA) ,Stop Sla(OLA) and pause it.

After creating SLA, goto requested item form.

Right click on header ->configure->related lists and select Task SLA to selected slushbucket . and save the form.

Go to service catalog-> order any item.in my case i have ordered Access item becoz in SLA condition i have provided item is Access.

Now you can see TASK SLA as you see in incident related lists

These aren't just things you turn on.   They require definition, which requires an understanding of how the agreement operates.   With the utmost respect, if the wiki isn't clear, and if the govind_sharma 's response doesn't help, then you either need to get on a ServiceNow training course.

Every SLA / OLA record has some essential defining characteristics:

- What triggers the SLA

- What stops the SLA

- What pauses the SLA (if anything)

Without those things its hard to build one for you.
