How to create Tree Hierarchy of Product Models to Model Components in Service Portal

Hello, 

I want to create a Service Portal page that would mimic a Tree relationship hierarchy, but points to the Product Model table that would dynamically show all the Model Components underneath that parent. 

Is this possible?
