How to find the source of info for Servicenow Performance dashboard?

Hello experts,

I was having a hard time tracing where is the data sources for the info that is displayed in the Servicenow performance dashboard.

Do you have any idea where I can the table for the source of information on this widgets?

Hi

unfortunately the source code of the widgets on that board is not available and there is also no table available in which the underlying data is stored. Instead the displayed data comes directly from the underlying application servers. As a result you have no chance to get insights into the data.

Thanks for your response. Are the data displayed in the graph in those dashboard do not have any counterpart that we could examine.

Is the diagnostic event the only one in that dashboard that have corresponding table?

Or this diagnostic_event table is still not the table used for the diagnostic events displayed in the servicenow performance dashboard?
