I have just activated the 'ServiceNow Portal Designer', I have selected Designer from the below screenshot:

I have noticed from the choices I am missing the Service Portal Index option which was available in my developer instance, do I need to activate another plugin for this please?

I don't think you've activated the right plugins. You should have several other portals available. Have you activated the plugin called "Service Portal for Enterprise Service Management"? That is the main portal plugin

You're in the "Sp_config" portal which doesn't have an index page associated with it. Click the "sp_config" name up in the top menu, then select the default portal (sp) to get to your index. You might also want to check in Service Portal > Portals to make sure the SP portal is check as your default portal.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for answering!

My only options which have been downloaded is 'Benchmarks' and 'SP Config'.

I cannot use benchmarks as I dont have this activated.

Thanks,

Lisa

Thanks Tom, I have not seen any articles about what plugins I need for this. Can you direct me to where this is stated please?

Activating the 'Service Portal for Enterprise Service Management' plugin made the index appear, thanks!

I still dont have the service portal homepage module though...

Hi, I have the same problem. I have enabled the plugins mentioned, still not able to find index in both sp_config and sp default portal.
