How to handle 5 organization in one form

I have a business use case where we want to on board 5 or more organization to submit their idea. all organization have a bit unique requirement.

Hi @MK-p ,

You can create one filed called Organization with choices. While creating populate it from backed, either you can ask end user to select or based on logged in user organization you can auto populate using Business rule.

Now you create view for each organization to manage the form and create one view rule to apply the view based on organization selected.

n this case, the best approach would be domain separation, as you mentioned, since each organization has its own unique requirements. This is one option. Another option, as suggested by @Runjay Patel, is to use dedicated views based on the organization. Alternatively, you could create a single form and populate the company field based on the logged-in user, using business rules or scripts to meet the requirements. However, it's unclear what the specific unique requirements are—are they limited to the front-end, or do they also involve the back-end?
