How to know if an agent opens the agent workspace

Hi folks,

I am setting up Agent Workspace, and want to send notification to specific group/people if an Agent opens the Agent Workspace.

Is there anything happens when workspace is opened, for ex.- some value is stored somewhere in the platform/something happens through which we can trigger notification to the group/people?

Please provide me any guidance/suggestion.

Thankyou!

Hello Akhilesh,

There might be a way via Instance usage -> Application Usage Overview -> Agent workspace

This leads you to Usage Data for Applicationsfind_real_file.png

Hello,

There is a table 'awa_agent_presence_capacity' which captures activity, everytime agent open agent workspace and keep status as 'Available' it will get record in that table, can you please explore that. ?
