Hi, my client does not want to give ServiceNow write privileges to the OneDrive Spoke to enable Policy Authoring in SharePoint. They are hoping they can set it up with only read-level permissions. The integration has the option to "Create a record" or "Connect a record", the former creates and links the Word doc automatically to the Policy record in ServiceNow while the latter links an existing Word doc to the Policy record as long as the site link, folder path and file name are provided.
Can we turn off the "Create a record" option and limit the permissions to only do the latter? How would we go about setting that up?
