How to manually reindex KB records

We set up the KB plug-in on our DEV environment and created about 50 records. The we enabled KB plug-in on TEST environment and migrated the records. When we perform a search on DEV for "weblogic" we get 31 matches - the same search on TEST returns 8 matches. Did we miss something? Do we need to reindex on TEST?

Thanks again, Mark. I reset the test index scheduled job as you suggested. Not sure how long this process takes, so I might be premature in my assessment, but so far it has not made a difference. I did try to modify a record that appeared in the search results list on DEV but not on TEST. A simple modification of the description did nothing. I marked it as public (giving it the public role) and this added it to the query, for a total of 9. This may be a reasonable workaround, but I think your advice about having support investigate is also sound.
