How to mask the servicenow instance email address

Hi,

We are building inbound email action for record action. so we will provide the instance email address to end users who can send out an email to create the record in SNOW table. Is there a way we can mask the instance email address instead of providing the actual instance email address.

the only option would be an email gateway or a functional mailbox on your side which redirecting all incoming emails to the ServiceNow instance.

You have to use the different mailbox and need to route emails to ServiceNow instances.
