Hi all,
Due to the limitations of the domain separation structure I was asked to determine what is necessary and how can I achieve a migration of all the work performed (data, customizations, fields, business rules, etc) in the Domain separated instance to a dedicated single instance.
I would appreciate your help pointing out the main points and mechanics to achieve this successfully.
I guess export sets and instance clone may be the way to go but as I have never did this process before, I am not sure.
Thanks in advance for your precious help.
Best regards,

You can disable domain separation and everything will a domain, other than global, will default to global. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-platform-administration/page/administer/company-and-doma...
I would recommend you test in a DEV instance before doing Prod.

Thanks Michael!
But in this case I would have all domains content, right? In fact I need just one single domain among many to be migrated to another single instance

Probably there's no ready recipe for this. In terms of cost maybe it is cheaper to consider a new implementation from scratch than establish a plan to migrate every detail. Does it make sense?
