How to Remove Categories in Knowledge Base?

Hello, Currently I have knowledge base categories labeled as N/A because I can not remove them. Can someone explain how to go about this? I am currently a Knowledge Base Manager   permission level.

Hi Rosemary,



Below conditions need to be satisfied to delete knowledge base category  



  1. You should be manager/owner of the knowledge base.


        2. The category should be the last child category and none of the article should be using that category.

Hi,



Might be, that you don't have a permission to delete records. In this case, setting the categories inactive might help.

Hello Rosemary,



ACL delete operation has a check which calls script include "KBCategorySNC". It looks like owner/manager of a KB can delete categories. Screenshot for reference.
