How to Remove Visibility to Everyone option form the Save Filter modal

Hi,

I want to remove Visibility to Everyone option form the Save Filter modal. I tried and didnt find anyway to remove it. I also tried to find its widget but no luck. 

Please help in this.

that seems an OOB page and we might not be having access to it.

Yes I searched. I didn't find anything.

I guess I need to raise HI case for that.
