How to select a related links using atf test steps

how to submit risk assessment form using ATF test steps on change ticket. Using "Click UI Action " I only be able to select UI buttons. Pease advise

Related links are UI actions, so you should be able to test it with "Click a UI Action" test step.

I assume you are referring to the completion of the survey, and not the UI Actions, as mentioned, Related Links can be selected and are indeed UI Actions.

To test the Change Management Survey, you need to use the 'Custom UI' steps. Use the 'Retrieve components' functionality then select the values as required, including Submit. I have done this just recently.

What part are you struggling with?
You need to detect each component from within the survey window and populate your test steps to set those values.
