We have changed the Description field to an HTML field so that we can include pictures in the field.
We send incidents to a remote instance using the Remote Instance spoke of Integration Hub.
As part of the integration with remote instance, we send attachments from the incident.
If we include a picture in the Description field, and send the Description value to the remote instance, the value includes the sys_id of the attachment in the local instance.
When we send the attachment to the remote instance using the action Copy Attachment to Remote Instance, the remote instance assigns a sys_id to the attachment.
Result is that the picture does not appear in the Description field in the remote instance because the local sys_id in the Description field value referring to the attachment is not the same sys_id value as the attachment in the remote instance.
So, how can we send the local sys_id with the attachment when I copy it to the remote instance, so that the attachment is displayed correctly in the Description field in the remote instance.
