I have a requirement to set no-reply mail when someone sent mail directly to instance email address (xxxx.service-now.com) and rest mails will create incident.
But the problem is for any comment added via email by the user will received by instance email.
Please help in this.

Hi,
You can do this by checking the watermark is available in the email to instance email address.
So if an email contains watermark then it should be taken in and directed to target record (OOB behavior).
If its an email without watermark create a Inbound action triggering an event that send no-reply email
