Hi,
Is there a OOB functionality to show major incidents in Service portal since we have enabled major incident workbench in our LONDON instance.
A list of current major incidents need to shown in Service portal and automatically updated if a major incident is promoted.
When the user clicks on an major incident, it should show the incident details and history of activities.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Raghu

HI Raghu
I would suggest rather than showing the incident you create an Outage. This is an OOTB feature that allows you to link to your incident and display information around that incident. You can then add the Outage widget to your Service Portal. See below.

Hi Bridgette,
This feature is still available in Paris.
See this documentation page from ServiceNow.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-servicenow-platform/page/build/service-portal/concept/current-status-widget.html
For this, you will need to have outages related to your incident. This is an OOTB functionality.

If this has been helpful please mark as so.
Thanks

Hi Raghu,
I have a similar requirement where i want to make the Major incidents with ticket details visible to all the end users.
How did you achieve it?
