How to show Process Flow in Service Portal?

I have created a process flow for incident table. I have also created a custom form for incident submission in service portal. Now how can I apply the process flow in that form or make same conditional Process Flow while I am viewing the record which I just inserted?
Please help me out.

Hi Justin,

The new share instance doesnot contains the 'Process Flow Service Portal' , I was not able to find it . Though it is present in the old share instance . But the moment you try to download it , it get redirected to the new share instance where the items are not there.

Is there any way you can share it here or add it to the new share and provide use the link?

I tried to see the widget in share and it gets redirected to the new portal and I can't seem to find it.
