How to show Stage and Approver Name of RITM/REQ in Service Portal

Hi guys, we have this requirements where we need to show the STAGE and APPROVER NAME of the RITM/REQ. Is it possible? If yes, can someone teach me the step by step process to configure this requirements?

Hi,

You'd need to clone the "ticket fields" widget, and then make adjustments to get that information to show. This post here, has highlighted sections showing where I'm talking about: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=dcdc5165db4163048e7c2926ca96...

So you'd need to figure out how to get to that data, but then list then here in this getFields line.

Then place your new widget on the page instead of the out of box one.
