HR bulk ticket update

Hi Team,
In HR agent workspace iam trying to update the state as bulk.
it is updating the state, but error is getting
"2 record(s) not updated"
Please help me here.

seems some data policy or before update business rule is blocking the update of those 2 records.
did you debug that?

can you be more specific please?
What states are you changing it from and to what?
There might be some dependencies - for example when you want to Close a record, it will require some mandatory fields e.g. Close notes, without that it cannot be Closed. And similar applicability may be for another state change, so it would be very important to know from and to what states are you trying to do this operation.
After you know this, you can add extra column and add the missing data (e.g. Close notes) in bulk to all, then you will might change the state.

@GlideFather there is no mandatory fields on hr case table.
iam trying to change form ready to close complete.
state value is updating, but at the same time error is popping up.
