I can't see the "Manage Company Learning Credits" menu option

Hey Team.
I got given administrator access including the Learning Credit Manager and Training Manager roles but When I try to access "Manage Company Learning Credits" I don't see the option.
According to the training video I should see this:
But when I click my profile I see this:
I have all the roles:
I have logged out of now learning and logged back in to see if that sync'd it but no luck.
Any ideas what I am missing?

Hi, if your organization has confirmed that you have been assigned the required role;
Then I would suggest logging a case with the SNC learning team via the learning portal menu
