I have a scenario wherein supervisors doesnt have ITIL Licenses to approve RITMs so iam thinking can we generate a notification and provide RITM details as part of notification so when they approve it on email we can mark it as approved on RITM using inbound email action . Is there any limitation in doing this or else any other suggestions please?
