Role to be given to the managers to approve.

In the workflow, all the RITMs goes to the supervisors approval first and then the fulfillment. Fulfilment people are fixed and less in number so, provided an itil role for them. But how can manager approve RITM? I cant give itil/ approval_user to all the people in the organisation as managers are so large in number. If no role provided, Im not sure they can view the RITM . What is the solution for this implementation?

Best bet is to talk with your account rep about "Approver" licenses They are much less expensive than itil fulfiller licenses. Unfortunately, licensing strategies are always changes, so the only people that can really answer this type of question is your account team.

Hi @Keerthana26,
You can use a 'Request Approval' Notification and trigger it in the Flow. With using a Notification, you can include any RITM details you'd like (IE: Variables, RITM Number, etc...) and not use either an ITIL or an Approver License.
While the Approver won't be able to log into ServiceNow to review / approve the RITM, they'll have the details they need to review and then Approve or Reject the Request.

You can bring the Approver activity in workflow in activity you can use dot walking user.manager or somthing link that to achieve the required function. ping me if you still feel struck.
