I want to change existing email address for servicenow email account (Oauth Type)

Hi Team,

 

I want to change the email address which ServiceNow is using currently for sending and receiving email for outlook.

this looks like already configured do I just need to change the from email id which is already their in the organization?

I can see the Oauth profile is attached for this, and I dont know how this works Oauth type for email account setup,

can anyone help?

I just want to change the email address which servicenow is using? 

what else do I need to check while changing the email address?

Does your organization need the current ServiceNow email setup?
If not, please follow the response below:

Change the "From" Email ID: Yes, you can change the "From" email address to a different email that exists within your organization.

Check OAuth Configuration: Since you mentioned that an OAuth profile is attached, it's important to ensure that the new email address is properly set up with OAuth as well.

Testing: After making the changes, be sure to test to confirm that emails are being sent and received correctly.

Also, as Atul mentioned, you can raise a Now Support case for this.
