Good day, my apologies, probably a stupid question. We are migrating to ServiceNow from Navex-Keylight and want to migrate information. I've been informed that even if using a data transform to import the legacy data into ServiceNow all the TPRM tables need to be completely empty. We cannot use the system for even a few records until the import has been completed and then it can only be run one time without potential creating issues with the unique ids of the records. This issue seems very unusual to me. Has anyone found a way around this limitation? Thank you, I'm grateful for your patience and support. Jody Howard
