In Agent workspace under agent assist functionality attach KB URL shouldnt auto post in work notes

Hi All,

We have a requirement to avoid auto posting the KB URL in work notes.

Steps:

When agent click attach article -> pop up opens -> enter work notes -> when we click attach article the KB URL should get added in the compose section so the agent can decide whether to post in additional comments or work notes.

But as per current functionality the KB URL is auto posting in work notes

Hi Switha,

   Did you get a workaround for this issue? We are facing similar issue and we are also looking for a solution to stop auto posting functionality
