In my PDI, I didn't install any plugin, why we have sn_incident_read role?

In my PDI, I didn't install any plugin, why we have sn_incident_read role? Why in our corporate instances, I can't find the sn_incident_read role, and I tried to install In my PDI, I didn't install plugin com.snc.itsm.roles, however can't find it.

OOTB, ITSM modules, can installed in PDI and with same these role come.

Thanks. I opened sys_plugins.list, can't find "com.snc.itsm.roles" in my PDI, then why the role is available in PDI? 

As i said, once we get PDI, Inc, change & problem module come as default and i.e reason these role are there.

then why I can't view those modules in sys_plugins.list? Thanks.
