In my PDI, I didn't install any plugin, why we have sn_incident_read role? Why in our corporate instances, I can't find the sn_incident_read role, and I tried to install In my PDI, I didn't install plugin com.snc.itsm.roles, however can't find it.

Thanks. However I checked in my PDI sys_plugins.list, neither plugins are installed, then why it works in PDI?

Hi @Lisa71,
In the OOTB, we have ITSM module. And the sn_incident_read is the core role of system. So it means that although you did not install any plugin, there has been already sn_incident_role as the OOTB role.
