Inbound Action : did not create or update interaction using current

When i send email from external email id like gmail,yahoo etc ...  to ServiceNow email id and I can able to see that email in received list and it's not creating an interaction based on our Inbound rule.

 

this is giving the error : did not create or update interaction using current

It depends on a system properties. Default is do block unknown email addresses.

These two must be set. You will find them under system properties > email properties on the inbound side.

nope , but if there is no email address then it will take it as guest and create a interaction right
