Incident Auto Refresh Workspace List every 20 seconds same as alert.

For alerts OOTB has a table if we add a list it will auto-refresh I need to do the same thing for the incident.

The same event that triggers the list refresh can be used to refresh the incident data resource

Unable to select other workspace list OOTB they have this query:

I removed query and added my custom workspace list incident is assigned to me and it's not working:

Are there any other things that need to eb configured for this to work? Have you checked the alerts list for fields that reference page properties etc?
