Instance is not opening under the "Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)"

When I try to "Open My instance" under Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu), it is showing that it needs to be Wake up for the first time. After click on wake up it is showing it needs to wait for 20 minutes.

After waiting, if we refresh the page or open the Instance it is working properly.

 Tried with 2 different systems and 2 different user accounts, the issue is same (showing the instance needs to be wake up).

Hi @RupaB 

 

Lab instance takes longer time than expected. If you already waited long better release this and take new information, but if you have already done some work it will be taken off. Else log a now learning case.
