Integration of five9 and servicenow

Hi team,

can I know how the five9 can be integrated with servicenow? Saw that it is feasible by installing 'five9 cloud contact centre' from applications. But no reference guide on how to do the integration or how it works are not given.

If you are working with the Five9 vendor to set up Five9 in your environment, they have an admin guide to set up both Five9 and ServiceNow with the adapter.

 

I recently setup the adapter for my client and Five9 provided an admin guide.

You will also need to install Openframe for the adapter to work.

Hi Lutha, Did you get details from the Five9 vendor?

With some self-review of the installed Five9 CCC app scripts, I have made progress with getting recorded event linked to an incident ticket.
