I'm new to IntegrationHub and I'm trying to test the Microsoft AD spoke in my PDI. I've activated the ServiceNow IntegrationHub Installer plugin and the ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer plugin on the developer site and I received an email to say they were successfully activated on my PDI but I can't see them inside the instance.
In my production instance, searching for "Microsoft AD" brings up the Family plugin that I need:
...but in my PDI it still doesn't show:
I've tried requesting the plugin again and I got another email to say it was successful, but it still doesn't appear. I've also tried getting the Enterprise installer instead, but that didn't show in my instance either
Appreciate any advice.

It may be few functions not available on PDI so you cant see, Our try to logout n login and provide your self the roles related to the integration hub.
Regarding PROD
You can check in SN store or log a HI case.

Thanks Atul,
I've seen guides on YouTube where people are using this functionality in their personal developer instances. I've logged in and out many times but it still doesn't appear. I'm logged in as admin so I don't think it's a roles issue. Any other ideas?
Regarding prod, I don't have any issues in that instance. I included the screenshot only to show that the plugin shows correctly there, but not in the developer instance.

In this, case try to repair the plugin once. Some time it did not work and you may need to reset the PDI 😞

Thanks Atul, I've reset the instance and tried the install again but I'm still facing the same issue.
It says that it should install the Microsoft AD Spoke as part of that pack:
Any other ideas? Is there a way in which I can raise this as an issue with ServiceNow support?
