Hi,
I'm facing a issue with the ServiceNow AD V2 Spoke. The Windows credential validation fails when the service account has only Account Operators permissions, but succeeds when Administrator privileges are granted.
My organization is not willing to grant Admin access.
Any guidance on this would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Kieran Anson ,
Thanks for your response. Yes, this is for the entire spoke.
The Credential Validation/Test Connection fails when the service account has only Account Operators permissions, but when we tested the actual AD V2 Spoke actions such as Lookup User and Create User, they completed successfully using the same account.

Is this the entire spoke, or a particular action within the spoke?
Different actions will require different granular permissions to work
