Is it possible for an end user to clone a previously closed incident?

A user submits the same incident each month to have reports updated online. Is there a way to streamline this process for the user?

you can create a incident template. which will have all details populated, user will only need to select template and all fields will get auto populated in incident form.

After creating the incident template, you can create a scheduled job for a "Scheduled Entity Generation" and apply the template.  You can configure the scheduled job to run "Monthly" on the desired day of the month.
